Sizes of Portrait

The size of the portraits quoted, are standard. Should you require a different size please contact me by e mail to discuss price options.

Photographs

I rely on a good clear photograph of the head of your pet that has been taken at the same height as the animals head. The photograph should be taken without flash in natural light, but not in sunlight.  It should be on a high resolution, and taken close enough to fill the viewfinder. Take as many photographs as possible so that I can see the true colour of your pet. Please ensure that the eyes and nose are in focus.
I am able to combine individual photographs of your pets for a group portrait.

The quickest way to send photographs to me is by e mail.

Should you have photographs of a deceased pet, please e mail them to me and I will let you know whether or not I am able to work with them.

Completion Times

I am normally able to complete the portrait within two weeks of receipt, but this depends on the amount of portraits I have at any particular time. The months just prior to Christmas can be a very busy time and could take longer.

Ordering

Ordering can be made by using the online order form.

Payment

I will send you an email image of the completed portrait. If you are completely happy with it I will send an invoice to you using PayPal that you will receive via e-mail, you simply click the link to pay off your bill.  Alternatively, payment can be made by cheque.

The portrait will be dispatched to you upon receipt of full payment.

Delivery

Delivery is free of charge

Your portrait will be mounted but unframed, giving you the opportunity of choice of frame.  It will be sent out to you by Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery ‘ in the UK. or by Royal Mail ‘Airsure’ for worldwide delivery.
